Registration Information

1. Preregistration is necessary for all programs unless otherwise stated.
2. Registration will be taken on the first come, first served basis.
3. Mail-in registration with fee is encouraged for individual youth and adult.
4. Late registration will only be accepted to fill remaining vacancies in programs. 
5. Registration forms are always available outside the door of the Russell Recreation Commission office at 133 W 8th.(Basement of the City Building) Hours are from
   7:30 am to 5 pm.
