Registration Information
- Preregistration is necessary for all programs unless otherwise stated.
- Registration will be taken on the first come, first served basis.
- Mail-in registration with fee is encouraged for individual youth and adult.
- Late registration will only be accepted to fill remaining vacancies in programs. Waiting lists will be formed for all late entries once programs are full.
- Registration forms are always available in the Russell Recreation Commission office at 133 W 8th.(Basement of the City Building)
